Agriculture & Food Security
I will bring climate-smart farming training, quality inputs and sustainable irrigation to Busia's farmers; build storage that cuts post-harvest losses; link farmers to fair markets; and use real-time weather and price information on their phones.
Pillar 2
Education & Youth Employment
Every child deserves a quality education whatever their family's means. I will invest in learning materials, teacher training and digital classrooms that close the rural–urban gap; expand vocational training centres; and set up a transparent bursary scheme for students who cannot afford fees.
Pillar 3
Safety & Security
Every citizen should feel safe at home, on the street and in the market. I will work with security agencies to improve response times, light our streets, strengthen community policing and neighbourhood watch networks, and give young people real alternatives to crime.
Pillar 4
Healthcare Close to Home
No family should face ruin from a preventable illness. I will equip our health facilities, keep essential medicines in stock, recruit more health workers for rural areas, and expand mobile clinics, community health education, telemedicine and digital records.
